We handle personal information in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (“APPI”) and other applicable laws.
If there is any conflict between our Terms and Conditions of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy governs matters relating to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Contact forms and email notifications. When you submit an inquiry through our website, your information is processed through our website platform provider and delivered to us (for example, via an email notification). We may then handle that information through our email and communication providers in order to respond and provide the Services.
We do not offer customer accounts on our website and we do not sell physical goods through an online shopping cart.
2. Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following:
A. Information you provide
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number (including mobile), and where you are based (e.g., city/country; where applicable, state/province).
- Trip context: approximate travel dates, length of stay, familiarity with Japan, preferences, priorities, and other information you choose to share in forms or communications.
- Communications: the content of messages, emails, and other correspondence.
B. Payment-related information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Payment card details are entered directly into the payment processor’s interface. We receive payment status and limited transaction details necessary for recordkeeping (such as payment confirmation, date, and amount), but we do not receive or store your full payment card number. We do not collect or store full payment card details; such details are handled solely by the payment processor.
C. Website and device information
When you access our website, we (and/or our platform provider) may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and cookie or similar data for security, performance, and analytics, depending on site configuration.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

- to maintain security and prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access, and
- to comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not send promotional marketing communications, and we do not use your information to create customer profiles for advertising across different merchants or websites.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information only as necessary for the purposes above, including:
A. Service providers (processors)
We may share necessary personal information with service providers that help us operate the Services, including:
- our website/platform provider (e.g., hosting and form infrastructure),
- our payment processor (for payment processing),

- communication and productivity tools used to deliver the Services (as applicable).
We require service providers to handle personal information with appropriate safeguards.
B. Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Cross-Border Handling
Because we use global service providers, personal information may be processed or stored outside Japan. Where required under APPI, we take appropriate measures and provide necessary information regarding overseas processing.
6. Security and Retention
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

To the extent provided under APPI, you may request disclosure of retained personal data, correction/addition/deletion, suspension of use, deletion, or cessation of third-party provision, subject to identity verification and legal limitations.
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 10.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and/or our platform provider may use cookies or similar technologies for site functionality, security, and analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
