Will you handle all my bookings and reservations?
We provide guidance, comparisons, and strategic decision support across your entire trip. For major logistics like hotels, flights, and rail, we walk you through the options, but all bookings and payments are completed directly by you for full transparency. Where appropriate, we may assist directly with select reservations (such as specific restaurants or experiences) when it supports the overall flow of your journey.
Do I need to be a serious "food traveler" to work with you?
Not at all. You do not need to chase famous names or build your entire trip around dining. Curiosity and attention are enough. If food is part of what you care about, we help you evaluate choices, including atmosphere, context, and timing, in a way that fits your unique trip. The aim is not to collect reservations, but to clarify what fits you best.
How do we communicate during my stay in Japan?
Support is available during your stay within defined service hours via message. It is designed for moments when clear, real-time input is most useful, such as adjusting plans on the fly, thinking through unexpected situations, or understanding the cultural context of what you are seeing. (Please note that communication is available in English and Japanese only).
How are your fees structured?
Pricing reflects the scope, duration, and depth of our engagement rather than a fixed menu of services. Because every journey is entirely bespoke, an initial estimate is transparently shared only after we understand your direction and needs.
How far in advance should I start planning with you?
To support meaningful decisions, we recommend reaching out at least 14 days before your trip begins. This allows us the necessary time to clarify your direction, compare options, and build your bespoke roadmap without rushing. (Engagements require a minimum of three days).
